  I was with this bank for five years plus. After I had to get surgery, they refused to help me at all in the matter with me loan considering how I couldn’t work. Also months prior it took them literally a month to fix my car payment because nobody knows what they are doing in this establishment. Smaller credit Union bigger problems. Avoid banking here so much red tape. Huge problems.

  We switched our account no hassles at all. We went to the Stowe, Pa branch. Jodi was very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. She’s very good at her profession and it shows she loves it. Thank you so much Jodi.

  This is the worst credit union EVER. With the absolute WORST customer service. I cannot wait to close all of our accounts. We have been trying for 3 weeks to get a copy of a title and and pay off. The customer service reps each tell us something different. When you call they tell you , you have to email your request. When you do email it you get a generic email, and the response is always the same, we didn't get your request . There is no personalization. This is our first time dealing with the customer service and we are very unhappy. Apex was was the best credit union and they cared about the customer and wanted to help them. I cannot say the same for American Heritage. It should not be so difficult to get the information needed. They definitely lost our business and I will never refer them to anybody!

  Worst phone service ever. You think you are dialing your branch, and it dumps you into corporate. Better off driving to the branch to ask any questions. Absolutely worthless unless you know the ext.

  Apex was great; unfortunately, American Heritage has terrible customer service and overall horrible business practices. You need us more than we need you, therefore, we will be closing our account.
