  My name is Charles Carey. I'm the CEO and founder of CIG Capital. I just read a post on here from a disgruntled previous broker. I need to share our perspective regarding this complaint. I understand this broker is mad because we won't fund any of his deals. The fact is CIG CAP i.e. CIG Capital has over $5.4B in Project Funding contracts and provides Loan Servicing and Originations, Equity Management and Note Holders. The reason why this broker is upset is due to the fact that we terminated our relationship with him. We have sent him a cease and desist and yet he continues to reach out to us; we are ignoring his communications. This broker found out that we only fund those we want a long term relationship with. We won't discuss the unethical things this broker has done and said. We are a Licensed Lender, we carry the note of all our loans and have an A+ BBB rating. We have many satisfied clients that we've funded over 400+ loans (small and large). We believe in being as transparent as possible and we are funding many areas around the world.  And yes this post is about speaking the truth and protecting our credibility.
