  Working with the CIG / BUF team was great. They understood my oil exploratory project and were able to meet the objectives. Working with a private lender was a lot faster, the rate was competitive and less red tape. Only problem I had with CIG, they had to adjust my draw schedule. Which I can't complain, that's CIG's type of lending. All I care to be truthful that they made it work for me. Highly recommend them!

  I have been working with Business Union Financial since the start of the year and it's been great! We have had strong approvals over 100k.   They are not direct lenders. They lie and tell people that. They have no Capital them self how they can fund others lol. They are brokers scaming as direct lenders to get brokers to send them deals to shop. They can barelly pay they employes how they can Fund business. They are bunch of Con Artists. Search for Dan Carey the owner on goolge and ripp off see what kind of Con Artist he is. Brokers stay away from these guys you can shop your own deals vs Dan Carey making 5 points of your deals. Future Employes stay away this job is bait and switch they will hire at a salary and then cut it and give you 12 hours a week to work.

  Fantastic team and the job Josh did was top notch and I can't thank him enough, he helped me every step of the way. The underwriting was really quick. I would highly suggest working with these guys.

  They are liars. They have defaulted on funding multiple projects. One large project in Dallas Texas and another in Toronto Canada. Charles Carey has a hard time telling the truth. AVOID!!!!
