  Take advantage of my mom 80 year old had file a claim once in 30 years been in lock done had leak in cottage and they won't cover anything and tried tell her they would not give that much better not make claim I think you're much better off with a reputable reputable insurance company

  Terrible experience rarely do I i get to see an actual agent, all one see is sercurity guard. Always a run around,...go here, go over there, let me call someone for you...Geese!!, their Very unprofessional.

  I canceled car insurance and call for 2 weeks to get copy of house policy they have called ID so they never answer me call 2 3 times a day left to message to email it to me Didnt get called main office she called they has a smart attitude for calling mail office been with them for atleast 15 years

  In Warner Robins GA The Greenway Agency is my Auto-Owners policyholder . Everybody is so eager to help with any situation I may have to ask them about ! Whatever the question it's always taken care of efficiently and quickly ! They are good friendly Christian people . . . You can always tell a tree by the fruit it bears ! Oh yeah ! You might also like to know they have the most reasonable rates anywhere !

  Do not BUY any insurance from this Firm. You will not get any thing COVER when you will need to. Their Adjustor are biased and will make you run arounds till you give up basically. Their Office will never return your call as courtesy. Stay away from this place. Only true colors of them will be shown when you need to do claim to cover the damages which should been covered by their Policy. Mark my words best not to buy any POLICY what so ever from this SCAM BUsiness. Business Owners stay from this Insurance Company.

  They do not show up phone number on their stationery which comes from their headquarters or home office
