  Chuck did an amazing job with us! He processed our loan application very quickly. Originally we had gone to a credit union and were not approved for our home loan and left with no options. Then we were referred to Chuck by our realtor and we were able to get approved!! He answered all our questions and provided guidance throughout the entire process.

  Not very professional. The refi. Took over 6 months. I had to resubmit docs 3 times. The cost was 3 times what it started out to be.
