  RUN AWAY FAST AUTUMN agent- who started out to be what I believed to be was excellent did exactly what I asked her NOT to do. I asked her to inform my present agent on the following day three times possibly even four times and she did agree with me, THEN DID EXACT OPPOSITE and stated she was busy on the next day when approached- and had to put it thru! It was only 2 hours later and thru our conversation, she NEVER expressed her 'busy' schedule!!I I was never told in my urgency of not telling the old agent that she couldn't do as we fervently discussed and both agreed too! Thru an email she CAVALERLY responded, as if it was no big deal - she dupted me! HOW RUDE! Mr Horn called to apologize, attempted to explain procedure, and asked for forgiveness,, RUN FROM agent - AUTUMN- SHE IS A CON!

  I phoned Liberty Mutual looking for another insurance company and I had the pleasure of speaking with Rachel Rodge. She was professional, delightful and informative. One of the most important aspects I look at when spending my money and and dealing with a company is not only professionalism but responding on time and calling back when you say you are. Well, Rachel has passed the test, not to mention her presence (voice) over the phone made me feels safe with my decision on my new insurance company I chosen. Kudos!

  Thank God for Rachel. I was paying a whopping 3,600 in home owners insurance, she cut that all the down to half including my car. . Peace and blessings always ♥️
