  Ed was wonderful. It was the easiest , smoothest mortgage process I ever went through. I never waited more than 15 minutes for an answer to a question I had. Less then 3 weeks from application to closing. Lisa at closing was also wonderful. She gave me some really good advice. If I buy a another new home, I know who I will be contacting for my mortgage.   Our experience with Regional Mortage has been the biggest blessing we have ever received. Two years ago we were referred to Ed Zuleger. Our journey began with Ed who was very informative who gave us the things we needed to do to make our dreams come true of owning a home. The work was hard inand those 24 months we always had a phone call or email from Ed just checking on us and our progress. He was so thorough with step by step instructions if we had questions he was there and sometimes more than many times a day or night. His professionalism was spot-on but he also had such compassion and knew just what to say and do to ease our stress. March 20/20 came and the covid-19 virus came into the nation, we were weeks from closing our hearts sank ,Ed was on the phone with us immediately he took this situation step by step. Ed immediately introduced us to our mortgage processor Nikki, as for with the changes with FHA things changed overnight. Nikki took complete control over everything we worked hand-in-hand she is one of the most hard-working diligent get the job done person we had ever met. the stress of our loan and going through it in a pandemic did not throw Nikki off not one step. The support we received from Nikki and Ed was priceless. There are mortgage companies everywhere, we were blessed by finding regional mortgage and having Ed Zulegler and Nikki as our guide our lifeline and our confidence. They have customers for life with us. We closed on our new home!! Only because the hard Nikki and Ed put into this loan is why we were able to buy our dream home.

  My husband and I highly recommend Ed to everyone that is looking to buy a home! Ed helped us get into our dream home even after experiencing financial issues and not the best of credit. He took the time to sit down and go over everything with us as well as working with us to fix our credit & qualify for our loan.
