  Christy is the most helpful insurance agent I have ever worked with. She is very detailed and patient with whatever questions you have. Her staff is also very nice to work with. The entire office gets back to you in a timely manner and they treat you like you are their main priority.

  Switching to State Farm was an amazing decision. A major reason was because of Jennifer Z and her excellent customer service. She always extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and always answers my questions. I’d definitely recommend this agency and working with Jennifer.

  The customer service at the Christy Celeste agency is amazing! I have been a happy customer for years! I just refinanced my car loan through them which ended up saving me money and they made the whole process so easy and painless. Highly recommend!

  I've been a customer of Christy's State Farm office since she started. I enjoy having someone local that I can call to speak with immediately when I have an issue. They have been honest and helpful with my home and auto insurance and have even helped me out with some great rates on automobile loans.

  Christy and her team go above and beyond to make sure that your needs are met. Christy will respond on the weekends and at night, not because she has to, but because she wants to. Very caring. We had a house fire and have had a LOT of questions, but Christy keeps responding via email, text, and phone calls super promptly and quickly. She contacts the people at State Farm big office regularly for me so that we don't have to keep on calling and she gets my questions for me. She has been so helpful from beginning to middle and end. She is so friendly and has your back and goes the extra mile, whether I'm having a good day or not. I appreciate her dedication and hard work. She's so personal and really takes care of you as if you were family. Thank you Christy and team! Your support in difficult times is what every person dreams of having.
