  Nicole and Chris have been great to work with. They helped us navigate all the paperwork, contracts and contingencies smoothly and seamlessly. Nicole helped us find our new home quickly and got an accepted offer on the first try. Chris’s experience helped to sell our house fast in the first weekend, well over asking!
