Casa Maria1The planet is sacred and Wells Fargo should not be financing climate change. As one of the largest funders of fossil fuels like coal, oil and natural gas, Wells Fargo is contradicting the teaching of Pope Francis. He tells us to protect humanity from the effects of climate change, not profit off of it like Wells Fargo. We continue to pray that Wells Fargo employees rise up and demand that their corporate headquarters stop investing in destruction.

Shannon Clark3This bank has issues at every location. However, my fiance and I have to drive out of the way for services dealing with our mortgage. The staff are either very helpful or completely incompetent. My fiance' s father passed over two years ago after battling cancer, and he and his grieving mother had to go into the bank to show a death certificate (because his Dad was a cosigner). Then the following months every time we would go to make a payment they said they still needed proof! The staff gave us countless numbers to call to clear it up and they were all dead ends or even ex-employees. I don't know what the turn over rate is at Wells Fargo, but this location obviously has something internal going on. Just recently this fall, the bank finally recognized the passing of his Father and helped us jump through more hoops to take care of a simple mortgage payment. I can not believe how long it took and how ridiculous that each time we pay for our house we are asked where his Dad is. I will never go through Wells Fargo again for anything in the future. The staff is unprofessional and had no empathy. P.S. Never missed a payment on top of this...and I only gave 3 stars because the gentleman that ended up helping us was very nice and knew what he was doing.

Dustin Schultz1I arrived on a Saturday at 11:50am, and there was a line. I waited patiently for the tellers to process the vehicles in front of me. It was now after the time that they closed, but I figured that I was fine since I arrived before closing time. I was wrong. When it was my turn, the person told me to leave my deposit in the night deposit box because they were closed. In the background, a man wearing a red Wisconsin Badgers sweatshirt with male pattern baldness said "We are trying to get PEOPLE out of here." He didn't have the guts to make eye contact with me when making this statement, but it was clearly directed towards me. He was clearly in a bad mood, but there is no reason to make snark comments toward a customer. Is a 3 hour shift on Saturday too long for you sir? People in my company work 11 hour shifts on Saturdays. My company currently does our banking through Wells Fargo, and I am going to highly recommend that we take our business elsewhere. I will not be returning to this location for any reason, and now have a bad taste in my mouth based on the customer service that I received.

Eddie Rags1You would think with all the bad press lately they would be bending over to keep their customers happy but it's still you that bends over. Unbelievable, I actually like Wells Fargo but time and time again they find ways to anger a customer. Final straw, goodbye.

Danny Goodman1Ridiculous bank. Extremely poor customer service. One of their customers have me a Money Order they got from this bank to pay me for a bike I sold them. Went into branch to cash and they said it needed to be deposited into my bank. They MAY be able to cash it for a fee.... How ridiculous!! It's guaranteed money from your bank that was taken out of YOUR customers account. My bank, US Bank, told me to cash it here because it's safer to cash it instead of depositing it. We'll NEVER be customers of Wells Fargo. No chance.
