  Pete Zaft is a miracle worker. When I started thinking about buying a house, I wasn't sure if I'd qualify. Partly because 2020 had been such a weird year and partly because I'm self-employed.   Disappointing with the lack of communication and follow up. I was referred by a realtor friend of the family and thought the experience would be better. It's been 3 weeks since I submitted by application and I was only alerted that anything had been done because Experian sent me a message letting me know my report was pulled. Beyond that, I've heard absolutely nothing back from anyone concerning my application, even after having left 2 voicemails and several emails.
