  I got a bank account set up with Chandra and she was super nice and helpful. I didn't really know what I was doing but she clarified things and then she helped me use the ATM because I said I have never really used one before

  I will never ever come to this branch again, came here to get $54 so I can go to meijer, get to meijer & the 20 wouldn't go in self checkout, I tried several times, called the cashier over, she mark it with a marker it's counterfeit, I come back to the bank around the corner, they say there's nothing they can do because I left & came back, I asked can they review the cameras to see her counting cash to me, they assist on they can't do anything, I called police about it

  Do not recommend using them for shared branch banking. Wasted my lunch break because they took the time to mark all over my check and struggle through inputting my information just to decide they wouldn't deposit my check without my husband there because his name is on the check with me. Mind you he is on the account with me and I wasn't taking any money out. The supervisor sat there and did not talk at all and offered no help or solutions. No recommendations of another CU I could go to when I stated they wasted my entire lunch break. Just "well my supervisor just told me that's our policy". Was considering switching here because they are closer to my home then my old CU but will not after the interaction I just had.

  I was not happy at all with my first visit to this location. I have Meijer Credit union and this is a shared branch. The teller acts like I'm some alien from space like she never heard of Meijer credit Union before. I than ask about getting a loan I had to ask FIVE TIMES the same question over and over because the two people helping me couldn't grasp the concept that someone from Meijer Credit Union would ask them if I could get a Meijer Credit Union loan at this branch. I DO NOT know everything that you can do via a shard branch THAT IS WHY I was asking! Possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a bank. I literally had to say to the tellers " have you ever heard of people from Meijer Credit Union coming in here " that's how alien they were treating me and bewildered they were acting.

  Best Christian Financial by far! They are the only Christian Financial that actually helps when something is wrong and their hours are great! especially when things happen after 5!

  CFCU has fast service but, they need more locations on the westside.
