Crystal Ewers1Our aunt passed away in march 2019 and my fiancee is on her account. She owed on her credit card through this bank only in her name. Now their going after her brother and fiancee to pay it. She worked for Wayne State University and deposited money in her account for retirement and vacation pay they owed her. We talked to her life insurance agency and that was suppose to be left to her nephew. The account is locked and not getting any help. Won't give us the manger number to fix this problem or no one returns phone call. Either busy or on vacation. Question should your insurance cover the amount she owes to her credit card? Another thing got threaten to have the amount she owes to go to dedit collection even though she's deceased. Don't y'all think we went through enough already lossing her? She died unexpectedly of a heart attack. Thanks for nothing!

Ronza Matti1App is constantly down, their website is ALWAYS having issues leaving me with absolutely no access to my accounts after hours. Customer service reps are extremely disrespectful and rude. Nothing, absolutely no paperwork gets done right the first time so you have to call and explain that the first person didn't do what they said they would. Interest rates are ridiculous. There is nothing Christian about this place. HORRIBLE!! Absolutely a joke. I tolerated their banking for over 5 years, I will be switching banks!

Patricia Marie4Go elswhere if you can!!!! Whenever I go inside, the service is grand. Love them. Not a fan of the line, but what are you gonna do when everyone gets out of work and wants to go to the bank at the same time. But at the drive through? Freaking forget it. I wanted to drive off but the teller had my license. If I treated a single customer like that, you bet your bottom I'd be out of a job, and yet they keep hiring the same type of rather snotty females. Maybe it's time to replace the person in charge of hiring them...

Cailin1First time I deposited a check into my account because I usually get direct deposit and the teller who had helped me was nice at first only greeting me. The rest went down hill after that until I had made a tiny mistake on filling out my money order slip, I told her specifically what I wanted verbally as well. Also warned her that I probably filled it out wrong because it was my 1st time. Instead of helping me correct it and handling the situation correctly, she had argued with me about giving me what I wanted only according to what the slip that I had warned her about. Then was trying to make me feel dumb to all her employees as I was standing right there and did not appologize to me at all. She handled the situation very unprofessional and also in A bully like manor. I was the only one who did appologize obviously since I am the better person even though I did nothing really wrong here. After this terrible experience I would not recommend anyone coming here I definitely do not want to again only if I really have to for an emergency or to use the atm maybe until I find a better real bank. Thankyou.

Taz5It's now been 4 weeks since I dropped off the requested documentation for a simple low-interest debt-shed loan with Erica, the alleged assistant manager at the Roseville office. After more than a dozen phone calls requesting mere acknowledgement of receipt of the documents, if not word on how to proceed with my loan, I still have not been personally contacted, nor have I been able to get through to anything but her voice mail. In the third week, I finally did get a voicemail with the lamest of all excuses, "We've been having phone issues"....Seriously? I finally gave up all hope, and am still shaking my head at the unprofessional and irresponsible treatment I received at Christian Financial. Buyer beware. Update: I had originally given CFCU a one-star review based on the experience listed above, and had accepted the idea that I wouldn't be doing business with them. But something told me to turn the other cheek and try another location. Ironically, I found a branch closer to my home and walked in to sit down with a loan officer named Cat with documents in hand. Completely different experience...this woman was professional, efficient, and sharp, and suggested a means for reducing the interest on my loan to an absurdly low rate. After submitting my application, she also informed me of an incredible array of services and resources that CF has that might possibly change the way I do business. My takeaway from this experience is not to judge an entire business by the poor performance of a single individual, and it's amazing how close I came to doing just that....

Bob Chaska5It's 230pm, May 2nd. I've been here since 153pm. There are 4 'mgr' people in their offices. 3 of them are seeing no one. Only Brittany is taking members. I just got called. Plan to wait if you want a mgr. Thanks Brittany. No thanks to the others. Update 11-20-20 ..... We have had several more dealings with CFCU and have had no problems since the first review was placed. In fact I feel like they've exceeded our expectations since then. Ive chnaged the review to 5 stars.

Steve Carter3Atm machines are Dinosaurs, they are always always down. If you are an atm kind of person to do your banking I highly discourage you from opening accounts at this branch. I have been with this bank for 7 years and I would say a solid 50% of the time there is an issue with atm.

ashley ciavone1I have been with motor city for a long time and never have had a problem. Christian financial is closed every time I go. Their website is always down. I like to check my bank account everyday on the app. It’s very inconvenient.
