  I don't typically write reviews but felt community choice deserved complements on a job well done. They made me feel very welcome and like family. Everything was handled very efficiently and very professional. I also have to give a very big shout out to Chanell Batiste as she was the professional I interacted with at the credit union. She did an exceptional job and answered all my questions with a smile. Nice to find a place with such great customer service. Would highly recommend this place to any one looking for banking needs. P.S. Don't let the name on the review fool you. This is my son using this account for his gaming needs. In other words his gamer tag.

  Went to CCCU because I was interested in buying out my lease, Brooke Bieber made the transaction extremely easy and swift. I was very impressed and happy with the process. I would definitely recommend checking out CCCU, and particularly Brooke, for any banking/financing needs.

  Our experience with Community Choice Credit Union was very informative. Brooke took her time with us to go over everything with us explaining all the services they have to offer. She was never in a rush. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly on the phone and in person.

  My experience is getting worse at this credit Union I had a check pending the night before the check was going through I accidentally went over $3 and they overcharged me $30 times aren't hard enough but they can't give you a 3-hour grace period this place really sucks!!

  My wife and I went in to look into getting a loan to purchase my truck as the lease was on its last month. Chanell was awesome to work with, she walked us thru every part and made the process very simple. She had the loan approved and the check issued all in that same meeting. It was a very smooth and enjoyable process and we will definitely use them next time a need for a loan arises

  I just left the branch on Harper, Brooke Bieber was wonderful she sat with me over an hour, explaining the different accounts and helping me figure out which was best for my needs. The branch was very clean and easily accessible. I was greater the moment I walked in, by Susan, made me feel very comfortable

  Brooke is an absolutely wonderful person! Susan is also wonderful. Both of them make some of the most stressful times so easy. Brooke steps up to the plate for you each and every time.. Would suggest to everyone and anyone to use this credit union!

  I was looking to open a minor account and they made it so easy. Brooke helped me with this and she was very sweet and helpful. Let me know about the programs for the youth as well. I'm glad I made the choice to open the account there.
