  Chase is very old-school . I’m deciding to switch my bank as soon as I can. Because instead of disputing a charge they want to cancel your whole card and have you wait on another one . I find it very weird how they stopped replacement cards from the branch like what?? Then when waiting on that new card you can’t do anything ..not even get a cash advance from your OWN BANK .. PNC HERE I COME

  Rodney the personal banker has given me outstanding customer service.. I originally walked in to do an stop payment and he explained to me some things about my account... then he reversed an insufficient fee that I was ok with having but he did and I am grateful for that!!!

  I go there a lot and it's nice. The staff I dealt with are nice. It has 2 ATMs, one inside and one outside. You need your card to access the one in the inside.

  The staff is very polite and courteous but they are Very, Very SLOW as far as service. You will wait at least 20 minutes or more before getting to the window and that's during the week smh...

  The worst branch I been too the service very bad they don’t respect the customer the manager talking in her cell phone And people waiting to solve their problem they care about the customers I will change all my accounts to another bank because of this branch
