  Christi is dependable, trustworthy and is on your side. We were first time homebuyers who knew very little about the process, but she walked us through all we needed to know about the process as well as the options available to us. We felt she was always open and honest with us and that she created an open and safe environment where we could communicate our thoughts openly. We always felt like she was doing what was best for us and our situation. When we were making offers, she was very quick to get back to us and our realtor about specific details like mortgage and other payment estimates, possible financing timelines, etc. When we eventually went under contract, she and her team bent over backwards to do everything possible to get us into our home quickly and smoothly. Their payment estimations were spot on, and we ended up being able to close faster than their already aggressive timeline (which was an advantage that helped us go under contract in the first place). Overall, we had a great experience working with Christi and her entire team, and we would recommend her to anyone!

  Christi Larsen is hands down the most efficient lender I've ever worked with. She is the lender who is hands-on and works around the clock for you. She drew up approval letters for us on Sundays with 5 minutes before offer deadlines. She was always available to us to answer questions and provide us with updates, even at 9 o'clock at night! She did whatever she needed to do to make sure we were getting a great rate and ready to close ASAP. I think our offer was accepted because Christi was able to get us to close in 3 weeks or less-- and boy, did she deliver! We closed in 2.5 weeks! The service her and her team provided for us is unmatched. Throughout the lending process we felt like we were her only clients. She really is so brilliant at what she does. We couldn't be happier to take out a gigantic loan from Christi! She is great and I am looking forward to using her again.

  Christi made our refinance one of the easiest processes I’ve been through. For me, texting is so convenient. I was able to ask anything at any time of day or night and she was there ready to answer.
