  Ben helped me with the financing of a second home I purchased in Florida in a fast and professional manner. After wasting my time with another lender (The Mortgage Firm) that was very arrogant, rude and unprofessional in a long and stressful process that almost made me cancel the transaction, Ben managed to close in less than two weeks!... Ben met all my expectations and delivered what he promised turning my negative experience with the other lender into a successful closing. Thanks Ben!

  One of the best teams out there I had 3 mortgage company at one go all have given me a preapproval letter two of them dropped off after the standard month while we were searching but Ben and his team keep u with us even reissuing an other aproval letter 4 months down the line . Gave the other companies the same chance none response. They were not my first choice since I had never heard of them the other 2 companies advertised heavily on real radio.But they never materialized to any thing. Ben and his team got all the stuff ready and we got all the fiance's and closed on our house with a month .. Great job. They ever brought some of the paperwork to my house late at night when I couldn't make it... Thanks Ben thanks Kinsley and the team great job

  John has been working with us for over a year! He was so patient with my husband and so understanding everytime he got cold feet ! Finally when the time came for us to buy a house and not back out .... John was there to answer every call text and email! His personalized customer care is on point all the time ! When John when on a well deserved vacation during our closing process Ben stepped in for John and it was seamless he knew all details and gave us the same treatment being on top of every call, email and text. When it came time to close we had HURRICANE DORIAN predicted to make a direct hit and we closed 3 days before predicted landfall. I had a meltdown the night before closing and John and Ben were on the phone with me at 9 p.m making phone calls on my behalf and assuring me through the whole thing ! On top of that my husband had to work out of state for closing.... But I had such amazing support and was taken care of through out the entire process ! You wont find this at big banks!!! I cannot stand being pushed around or being given a sales pitch! Ben and John make a fantastic professional team and will always have our 5 star recommendation! We had a wonderful experience even with all the curve balls we gave John and mother nature gave us! Please give Ben and John a call for one of the biggest steps you take when becoming a home owner !!!

  Ben was AWESOME, he rescued me from the awful experience I was having with Rocket Mortgage and after a few hiccups related to them, we still closed on our original date!! Ben was always timely in responding to my questions and very patient with me. I would recommend Ben and Loan Depot to anyone!!
