  Julie Bretz Swinarski's extensive knowledge - ability to preempt potential issues and bust through rocks in the stream - set expectations and processes resulted in an over-the-moon experience for my customer.My customer had very poor experiences with lenders and realtors, until he was referred to me. I immediately had him contact Julie. In less than 2 months - we found and closed on a home in a market with record-scarce inventory. Hats off to Julie!

  The experience was amazing , this is my wife and I first home and Gene made it so easy , he's always relaying updated information to us and always answers when we call and have questions , he explained everything , the knowledge he has and the information we gain not only makes it an great experience , we learned a lot of stuff we didn't know before . Gene made it possible for us to own a home , we thank God for Gene and Christensen Financial , because now we can officially say we are Homeowners!

  Our experience with Kristen Dusseau exceeded our expectations. We've heard many horror stories about the loan process and closing. Fortunately, we had Kristen as our guide and she made sure we had nothing to worry about. Kristen was extremely accessible, incredibly thorough, and constantly pleasant.
