Kim Sperling1BoA placed a hold on a check from Truist for over 10 days. I was told in writing funds would be available today at 9. Funds still not there. Plenty of obstacles to speak with a person that has no power to do anything other than tell me the funds will probably be available tomorrow. This has now created an issue for me since I relied on their information to transfer funds to a retirement account. The customer service experience is dismal. After 40 years, I am moving on to another bank.

Elyse Patti1First off this location does not have a drive thru with tellers just inside tellers. I work in a medical office and I only have an hour for lunch. I came here because I had to deposit my rent which I cannot do on an ATM or virtual because I'm depositing to a business. There was a rush, with only ONE teller. At least 4 people were ahead of me and by the time I left there were at least 6-7 people waiting behind me. After about 10/12 min in line someone was asking why there was only one teller and the supervisor or Manager was explaining how one teller was counting money and couldn't come out and started on about someone else on leave, other on vacation. After another 15min someone again asked why she wasn't on the computer yet to help and the manager said the computers were slow. So over 20 minutes of waiting and your computer system was so slow you couldn't get a second teller to get us done faster? I was personally in line just under 40 minutes. I am also late for work now. So no, no one was very happy that your second teller was obviously not jumping on the line to help. Poor service at this branch. I will definitely not come back. Thank goodness I don't bank with BOA, I also plan to make sure no one else I know transfers anytime soon.

chris culberson1Absolutely the worst bank you can deal with. Let me say right upfront the tellers do the best they can and I’m not slamming them. BOA’s overall business strategy is lacking. I get pitched almost every time I go in for additional business. Why would anybody do more with this bank when they can’t handle what they have is my question? I refer to them as the national Bank of Satan now. Can’t wait to move my accounts.

Brendon Nielsen1The absolute worst Bank of America I have ever been to. There are 5-6 drive thru lanes yet only 1 drive thru machine?!?! And it only works some days! Definitely do not recommend for speedy/efficient service. Worst. Tear it down.

Erin S1Use a different bank. Bank of America only has one teller working. No drive thru anymore. I feel bad for the tellers and employees. Your time is more valuable.

Jodi Crilly1Horrible customer service. My company has had a Corp. account for over 25 yrs with this branch and the service has deteriorated over the years. As others have mentioned, BofA has closed their drive-thru and the wait time inside is usually long. When I complained, the teller was apathetic and tried to point out other methods to process our banking needs. However, those alternatives are not condusive to the way we do business. I have tried to convince our owner to change banks but unfortunately we have so many accounts linked to this bank that it would.be difficult to change at this point. And of course BofA counts on that.
