  Shaheen is a great branch manager. I have used his help twice for mortgage, and both times he did a great service. He was really quick, responding quickly to my queries, picking up my phones, and more so addressing my queries perfectly well.   Closed with Shaheen W. Best home buying experience. The process was smooth. Shaheen has great communication skills. No email went unanswered. I would highly recommend him. I closed in 25 days after finding my home. If I ever choose to buy again I will definitely go back to him. 10/10!!!

  I have done a few closings with Shaheen at Cristensen, He’s very diligent fast and efficient. The rest of the staff there does a really good job as well by following up quickly and making sure to help the client get the documents they need. They also make the application process a lot easier as I’ve tried this with other lenders and they have 3 hour applications that really drag!

  My experience with my lender was beyond amazing. Shaheen and his personnel were always available for me, communication and response was always quick.   Shaheen exceeded our expectations! He kept us informed of every detail in our transaction, gave us clear instructions and excellent follow-up!   Not only did we received a great interest rate and affordable closing costs, but also the communication from Shaheen was great from the beginning since we reach out to him all the way to the end of the process on closing date. We like how Christensen Financial investigates and how Shaheen followed up with updates to us along the process. Every little detail was counted for and he was very knowledgeable about his business and his company practices. We found other companies to be no so cooperative nor professional. The closing of the loan could had not been smoother and the staff at that office was also very pleasant to work with.
