  Started dealing with them in May. Paying well over what I was originally quoted by Max Bombik. Brought this to his attention in August after giving the policy a couple of months to smooth out as we were new customers and I expected some fees or upfront costs in the first couple of bills, however; as of August we had been paying almost $150 over what we were quoted per month. Max started looking into it, was told by corporate that there had been errors and they would be corrected and a refund would be issued. No date was put on the refund and after a couple more calls, the owner agent Mr Winkelmann was looped in and the case was escalated. Again I was assured a refund was incoming. Nearly 2 months later and my bill is still $50 more than we were originally quoted and no refund in site. No updates. I'm convinced that they are hoping we just take our business elsewhere at this point. Tired of having to make follow up calls all the time...Terribly unprofessional. This issue should be resolved by now, yet we are still getting the runaround.

  Brilliant effective and efficient costumer service … Malea, especially was wonderful she helped me so much in recovering my money back from the US bank official who are trying not to pay me the money I which qualified for . Malea of the States Farm stood by me and helped me to ensure I get the money back I am more than thankful she was very instrumental and professional State Farm remains my number 1 choice . Thank you

  Chris and his team are amazing. I live about 3 hours from their office but choose this State Farm office because they are the best. I do everything over the phone/email and they are always quick to respond and are never late when we make a call meeting time. Some insurance companies will just give you the price and move on. They don’t go into what insurance really fits you and your family. Chris and his team really go over what’s covered and makes sure you have what you need and aren’t paying for things you don’t. They are never pushy and allow you to make educated decisions. I recently added life insurance and wasn’t sure how much I needed. Chris was able to help me think through how much I needed and make sure I didn’t miss anything. The process was so easy. So if you are looking for insurance and great service give them a call

  My wife and I worked with Chris and his team for more than a decade. He was integral as we started our family, helping us set up 529s for our children, sorting out insurance options (life, car, renter's and, then, homeowner's policies), and giving us financial insight when questions arose. He and his staff were always professional, courteous, and took the time to make sure all our questions were answered. He builds relationships with his clients for the long-run. The only reason we left when we did is that we moved out of state and started working with another agent local to us. I would highly recommend his office to anyone in need in the Cleveland area.
