  My husband and I just closed on our first mortgage loan with Bankers Guarantee Title & Trust Company, we had such a wonderful experience with them! Our loan officer, Matt Kolar was great to work with he was located in the Mentor office. He let us know everything he needed from us and helped facilitate a smooth transaction with our realtor and our seller's realtor. We ended up using a VA loan and that process was very painless for us. We couldn't be happier that Matt helped us get our first home!

  We enjoyed working with Bankers Guarantee!!! Our loan officer Matt Kolar was very responsive to any question we had and alway kept us informed on what was going on in the process of closing on our new home! We like the personal feel with Bankers Guarantee you don't get using a large bank where you are just another loan to them. Matt was knowledgeable on the process and got us a great rate on our loan!

  We have had our mortgage with BGT&T since 2012 when we refinanced our home. The employees, especially Tymara, are ALWAYS professional, friendly and helpful. We have had loans with other major lenders over the last 30 years, and not a single one of them gave us this type of quality service. When we refinance again, we will reach out to BGT&T first.

  I recently had some questions about my loan so I sent an eMail. Bankers responded quickly and sent accompanying documentation, better then what I had asked for. They were courteous and quick to respond. I'm happy with the level of service that they provided.

  I wish we had read these reviews prior to taking out our mortgage. We’ve also experienced poor customer service. When you call with questions, they interrupt before you can even finish explaining your question. You’re left to feel like an inconvenience instead of the reason they have a business! Not recommended by this family!
