  I'm always particular about car service because I've had iffy experiences in the past. Rick Roush service has always been an excellent experience. I always get the recommended service performed and I've never left here unsatisfied. The staff is always very detailed when explaining what is required. The waiting area offers free coffee/hot chocolate/hot water and donuts and a TV that is usually playing news or Judge Judy. Trust is important in a mechanic and Rick Roush's service department has earned it for me over the course of the past few years. Edit (11/4/19): Looks like some things have changed over time. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took 1 hour and 55 minutes. I was not kept updated on what the abnormal time for the oil change was. When it was done the service representative came out and said my vehicle was ready while casually joking about it taking "five ever" and not addressing what took so long. And to top it off they moved my seats and mirrors. I will probably not be returning here for service. Edit 2 (11/6/19): Jim, thanks for your concern. Please see my original review above for the reason I will not be returning. You can please stop calling now.

  Darcy & Kelly both made a dreaded decision the best decision I ever made. They were both sweet nice and genuine. This is my second purchase from Rick Roush honda, I will not go any where else. Soon as you walk into the dealership you make friends and they all care about you. They don't want to put you into a bad situation for a deal. I will not buy anything other than a Honda and my loyalty lays with Rick Roush and his staff. I highly recommend Rick Roush Honda

  I bought a 2016 Fit this week from Rick Roush Honda - I can't say enough good things about my buying experience. My salesperson Darcy Heerema went above and beyond to get the test drive and sale done in an evening, even working an hour past closing. It was the easiest and least stressful car buying experience I've ever had. My husband also bought his Accord here and had a great sales experience with Tyler Roush. I would highly recommend both salespeople and the dealer to friends and family.

  This is not the closest dealership to me but I saw their ratings and decided to give them a try for exchanging my snow tires for summer tires and some other routine maintenance on my Clarity. They are right off the highway and took the minimum time possible for completing the work. The waiting room was very comfortable despite construction and everyone appeared competent and friendly. I also thought the cell phone charger was a nice touch. I think I've found the dealership I want working on my car.

  Great overall experience leasing a car at Rick Roush Honda. My sales person was Chester Warren who worked with me from our initial conversation through delivery of the car. He did a great job of discussing various car models with me including their pros/cons and price-points. Very happy with the communication, customer service, and ultimately, my new car.

  After a very tough two years and two accidents, I was finally able to get into a new car. Greg, the sales manager, was able to get me a great deal to get me into a brand new 2019 HR-V Sport for my very first “big girl” purchase.
