  Chris builds a quality custom home. He brings in subcontractor that do good work. The biggest advantage of working with him is his ability to accommodate on the fly changes at little or no cost to the owner. He stayed within budget and I actually ended up with a little equity once my home was appraised.

  I've had the opportunity to work with Chris a few times. He's a fair and honest guy. The homes he builds are quality. I've had the chance to tour several of them while taking photos & all of them show solid craftsmanship. I would definitely recommend him as a builder.

  It has been a few years since we moved into our home that Chris built. It is still as beautiful as the day we moved in. I mean, we've had to maintain it, but as far as construction quality, it has so far stood the test of time. Chris was easy to work with and if we ever build another house, we'll definitely use Chris Matthews Custom Homes again. We highly recommend him as a home builder.

  Chris Matthews Custom Homes did a great Job for a Great value in building my home. We have lived in our home for 5 Years now and have had only a few, minimal, minor cosmetic warranty issues.
