  Absolutely useless. Employees would rather hide in the managers office than do their job. Refused to deposit a stimulus check. Deposited a TWC check then had to wait 2 weeks for them to magically find it when they told me it had never been cashed by them. Straight shady. This location needs a complete overhaul. Or just shut it down. Also notice that not a single review newer than 3 years ago is positive. Stay AWAY until corporate fixes this location.

  I see great reviews, but I'm 100% shocked. I guess this banks picks and chooses which customers they are nice/friendly with. I rather bank with wells fargo or chase to be honest.

  Deposited my check through mobile banking with these guys and they put a 7 day hold on my check. Tried to get my money cleared ahead of those 7 days and They gave me the run around. Told me to call n fax a number they provided me with and did so, later to find that that the number they gave me was wrong. Now I have to pay my bills late. Definitely switching banks . .

  Awesome bank to work with, right inside HEB next to the floral and electronics. They have everything you need there and also they have their own change machine when your ready to cash in all that spare change laying around!

  I came home from being away for six months and before I left customer service was outstanding now it's mediocre the new manager is nothing like the previous manager she doesn't smile she always looks angry and she makes me feel very uncomfortable as for the tellers they are phenomenal I was really sad to see one of them leave but from my understanding working with the new managers very uncomfortable and I completely understand because I complained about it immediately banks are supposed to be like your hairdresser I don't know that I'm going to continue to be happy there with her managing during this time of you want to kind of keep as many Comforts of life that you can so I'm hoping to see better changes with my bank life think I might leave to

  Vey quick service. They stay open later than most banks so it is a more convenient place.
