  I have lived here for 3 years now and I must say this branch has some of the friendliest and helpful people working there. Yes I know covid was challenging for some but what business wasn't suffering. I don't do much inside business but I did yesterday and I left feeling so good about my bank. Anna was very helpful and such a beautiful person. Thank you WFB for being there.

  This bank is the slowest I’ve ever seen. Trying to close my dad account after he passed away. Been here over a hour. Talked to manager and she said I needed to use a banker I said ok waited on him to show up. Then he calls me in and he don’t know what he’s doing cause he keeps going back and fourth to the managers office. This one reason I hate WellsFargo La Vernia.

  I’m 50/50 on this review because honestly, half of the staff is the best, while the other half, should either retire or find a job that doesn’t involve interacting with people! And I know the bank itself has been around for a long time, but i think it’s way past time to update or renovate that ole relic! 3/4 of the time that you go in to the lobby it’s smells of something unpleasant, in one form or another! We’re a small town but your a big time bank, the smaller less known bank in town is beautiful in comparison.

  I have been a La Vernia customer for over 10 years and I have never experienced a problem or had a complaint due to customer service. The staff has always been friendly, accommodating, and smiling. No business is perfect but I have always been well taken care of at this Wells Fargo Branch!

  11:30 got in line to do deposit at lavernia location. One car had just drove off.there was two cars in front of me. When parked. By the time it was my turn it was 12:01 they had closed and closed their blindes. This location needs more employees. Or set cones. Just very disappointing sitting in line for 30 min.

  We have been using this bank in La Vernia for the past 2 years and we all absolutely love the women inside and Drivethru we have personal accounts and business account with them and not once has anyone been unkind.. I look forward to seeing them all especially Gabi she rocks!!

  Facility is still closed to the public. Drive-thru only which takes forever. Facility must only have 1 or 2 bankers. There is no reason for the inside to still be shutdown as of March 2021.

  One star because I cannot leave it blank. This branch, hands down has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I will never do business with this branch again!
