  Chris did a great job on my refinance and helped make sure it closed quickly and with no drama. He communicated clearly, thoroughly, and reached out immediately when items came up.   Chris Mason is a true professional. There's a reason he is so highly rated and sought after. In a 6 month period, he helped me with two extremely complex refinances and secured me the lowest possible interest rates(2.3%!!!). Throughout the whole process, Chris and his team were responsive and stayed in constant communication with me. When I had questions, they took the time to explain things and show me various options. Chris and his team are good at what they do and cannot encourage others enough to call him.

  Chris was probably the most key part of our home purchasing process. We had shopped around for mortgages, but after one conversation with Chris, it was obvious that his terms were top notch. In particular, he got us a competitive rate with 20% down and offered the fastest closing window. He did a great job of educating me as a first-time home buyer. He talks quickly and in a 10 minute conversation, we could cover what would take another agent a whole hour. I always felt like he maximized our time and worked incredibly efficiently. There were definitely occasions where it was clear that we had an edge on the competition because of Chris’s excellent terms and reputation for follow-through. We had a couple of extremely quick turnaround requests and we could always count on Chris to respond quickly and get us the information we needed. And last, but not least, he connected us with our real estate agent who moved mountains to get us the house we wanted.

  Giving oneself over to a financial x-ray is not easy. We recently did a cash out refi with Chris and he worked hard to find us the lowest interest rate during a volatile market moment (election + COVID). We locked at a super low rate. The process was easy, fast (I think we're closing in under 30 days), and Chris is just a smart, well-informed, funny, and down to earth person who made us feel comfortable all the way through the transaction. He also helped us consider our options without judgment or coercion. I never felt he was selling me on something. I found Chris on a site for people who are interested in real estate investment. Investors or budding investors, this is your man. Chris partnered with other professionals (title, loan signing agent) who were equally professional and went the extra mile for us. Highly recommend Chris.

  I called up Chris a week before my closing date because the original lender was not going to be able to close on time due to appraiser scheduling issues and and i risked losing my EMD and the property since it was a non contingent offer. Chris worked at godspeed to get the ball rolling and literally bailed us out of a tricky situation and client while providing competitive rate and almost no closing cost. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  I was looking for a refi to bring my rate down. LTV was less than 30% and I had plenty of assets, so I thought it should be relatively easy. Unfortunately, I had to go through the process with several brokers/underwriters until I found Chris. He is very knowledgeable with the process and can work with unusual situations. He was quick, upfront, professional and effective. I highly recommend him.
