  Chris Granger and his team at Bay Equity were truly outstanding in helping my wife and me purchase our home. Chris was superb at communicating clearly and keeping us posted every step of the way. He was always available to answer any of our questions. He and team (special shout out to Gina Navarro) helped to keep the document handling streamlined and extremely well-organized. Chris was creative in his approach to our individual situation, and allowed us to effectively use our resources to achieve our goal--a new home.

  Kimberly and team were the best! Exceeded expectations! We are first time home buyers and she made this process feel very easy, made us feel very comfortable from day 1. Kimberly was a referral after 2 failed attempts. She understood us but also her knowledge and professionalism was a no brainer. Everything was extremely transparent and I know Kimberly was on our side 1000%. She fought for better loan and options but also helped us improve alone the way with our scores. I would not change anything about our first time buyer process. I enjoyed talking to Kimberly way too much! I will definitely send all of my friends and family to Kimberly and her team!   Go to Kimberly Silverman! We recently purchased our first home and Kimberly held our hand the entire way through the loan process. She had an amazing worksheet that she made specifically for us which we could look at through google drive and play around with it on our own and while meeting with her over the phone. She truly made us feel safe and secure throughout this very stressful process. I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s so knowledgeable and also just a delight to interact with. If you’re trying to buy a home call Kimberly!

  The real estate agent I am working with recommended Bay Equity Home Loans and put me in contact with Chris Granger. After a few emails (which I had to follow up on multiple times for a response), phone calls, and submitting an application, Chris stopped responding altogether. Very unprofessional. Contacting them was a waste of my time. There were also issues with their website, duplicate applications, and erroneous automated emails.

  Chris Granger and his team were amazing to work with! As a first time homebuyer, I didn't even know where to begin, but Chris walked me through each step of the process from beginning to end, explaining everything directly, simply, and thoroughly. He uses a detailed spreadsheet to break down every penny to help you understand all the costs of buying a home and home ownership so that there are no surprises along the way. He (and his team) were always quick to respond and were on top of getting my loan approved for a quick closing which helps in a very competitive sellers market. I would absolutely recommend!!

  Chris made the entire process seamless, and was there to answer questions the entire way. He's now helped me through my first time home buying process and a refinance. He worked hard to get me the best rate and was available whenever a question came up. Other lenders even commented on how great of a rate he was able to get.

  I was introduced to Chris and his team by my real estate agent. Being a first time home buyer, I did not know what to expect, but Chris did an amazing job of guiding me through the application process and explaining all of the ins and outs of getting a mortgage.
