  Saleem is an amazing mortgage consultant. He is straightforward, no nonsense personality who will bend over backwards to help his clients find what they are looking for. Saleem was my real estate agent and mortgage consultant during my first home purchase and walked me and my husband through the entire process step by step. Saleem managed to make the process go as smoothly as possible. He was on the ball, great at keeping us informed and we really felt like he was our personal advocate. Saleem was creative in his solutions and never pushy, always putting our interest first. He knows the city inside and out and went out of his way to help us navigate the current real estate market to find a home we are thrilled to be living in. He is very good at interacting with seller's agent to find out important details about different properties and we felt like we had as much information as possibly could about any property we considered. I would highly recommend Saleem to anyone looking to buy a home and to get a mortgage.

  Saleem helped me buy my first house. I got deployed right after we started the process and he was very helpful with everything. He gave us a great rate and really took care of us like family. He explained the loan and the real estate process to me and my wife, and answered all of our questions.   Sal is amongst the best in the business. I have closed many transactions with Sal would highly recommend him as a lender to work worth. Sal is very easy to get a hold of, has great communication skills, and the heart of gold. If you are looking for a lender to help you with your real estate needs, look no further.   I have been working with Sal since 2004 with the purchase of my very first condo as a new grad out of college.   Sal is the ultimate professional when it comes to real estate and mortgage. I worked with Sal in 2003 to purchase my first home and he was very professional and explained all the details and steps along the way. He and his team did all the preparations and all i had to do was review and sign. Also back in 2003 he predicted the housing bubble would pop in 5 years, he was off by 2 years. He researches everything and is on top of all the rule changes, laws and bills currently being debated in congress. I purchased my 2nd home in North Carolina and he assembled a team of agents and bankers to make my transaction seamless. He can always be reached via email and reply's back with a quick answer, if your email is not answered quickly, he is probably researching for a complete answer.

  Saleem Attaie did my home loan in 2012. Through out the whole process i was a bit scared that we wouldn't meet the criteria to purchase, alot of banks didn't approve us,but Saleem didnt give up, he got us approved with a bank and got us a very low interset rate that was very afforable for us. He's an honest man who deals with integrity. He's an excellent communicator. He's patient with those who don't understand mortgages in great detail. I personally want to thank him for making this whole process so easy for us. I highly recommend Saleem.

  When it came to purchasing my first home, I was nervous and a bit naive to the whole process. Sal did a great job putting my mind at ease and was very patient with me when it came to answering all my questions. Whenever I contacted him, he would always e-mail back right away which made the whole process go so much smoother. Not only is he organized and professional, he is also very knowledgeable makes you feel comfortable during what usually is a stressful time.
