  As a Realtor, the most important aspect is the client. Client satisfaction comes mostly in part from an open line of communication. The staff at Chirco are amazing at not only keeping their Realtor partners up-to-date but also our clients. They accommodate the clients needs, are always courteous and quick to respond.

  My experience was not smooth and efficient. The lady who processed my closing was noticably irritated and impatient with me when I asked questions about the documents or numbers. There were errors and missing documents. My closing required me to make a second trip to pick up my documents, which turned out to be a package of unsigned documents. This means a 3rd trip to pick up signed documents. The recorded message a customer must listen to, for 8 minutes in my case, states that customer service is their goal and priority. I'm not happy with the way I was treated. I will not recommend this place to my friends.

  Mke sure you get the complete names phone numbers and emails of the people there so that ypu can contact them when they owe you money they kept in escrow without telling you IN ADVANCE !!! Go ahead and try to collect it ---yes that's right there is no staff directory on line and the receptionist gave out faulty information. You know the old saying "the check is in the mail".

  Chirco/Visionary Title is HORRIBLE. if you like getting your closing statements 1 hour prior to closing. then is riddled with many errors. and when you confront them . The air of hostility is rampant. Their receptionist is blatantly obnoxious. Apparently they also piss off the people from another closing while there for my closing. Then commission checks were cancelled, took another week to issue. after 5 days of trying to discuss with Paul Chirco the issues was told he didnt have time to return my many calls.. even 1 star is to generous

  This family owned and operated title company works to treat their clients with the same respect and care as they would their family- regardless of if they are Sellers, Buyers, or Agents. Great job!
