  Have you ever been super excited to be the next person in line? Don't get excited at THIS location, EVERY TIME you will wait a minimum 20 minutes for a simple withdrawal...slowest staff ever....speed is a consistent 2 out of 10!!! And for an added bonus if you make a large withdrawal you can't get all large bills, she said they "didn't have them" .....WHAT!!! Am I in outer space...your a bank!!!

  The tellers at this branch are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. However, the branch manager, Sarah, is impatient and unkind. On several occasions I’ve waited in line unnecessarily because there was no outward sign that the lobby was open/closed. On this occasion, I spied a lock box on the front door so I assumed the lobby was closed and pulled to the drive through. There was a line, so I waited for 20 minutes just to be told that I needed to come inside. While working with the teller, I made a friendly suggestion to put a ‘LOBBY OPEN’ sign on the door to make it easier for folks. Sarah overheard me talking from across the lobby, interrupted and started rudely berating me. She rattled off Huntington policies as if I should have known them, while I just stood there completely embarrassed. The customer she was helping and the other tellers stood around awkwardly while this happened. Another teller tried to give me a friendly smile while I was being yelled at, but it was incredibly uncomfortable for everyone. I left the bank completely embarrassed and after 3 years of loyalty, I will absolutely never return. I’m sorry your job is so stressful, Sarah. Please be kinder to people. Nobody deserves to be spoken to that way.

  Very friendly people.. but drive-thru is always packed to where if your going to atm you can’t get it .because the line is always waiting fir the window … . they need to do something about that ..

  Visited the branch this morning to clear up a problem with my account and Jessica Morrison helped me. She provided EXCELLENT customer service and fixed the problem in no time! She also gave me some very useful tips. Thanks Jessica!

  Just had the most painful experience in my life withdrawing money inside those branch with the teller Meghan. I was the only person in there and it took over 10 minutes. I had to watch Meghan struggle with the system and rudely slurp her pop right in front of me instead of withdrawing my money in a timely manner. It also seemed like she was typing emails while assisting me.Her customer service is awful.

  I really like some of the people there. However, the manager at this bank Erika, made a very costly mistake with my account. When I say costly, it cost me $$$$. I am the one still having to deal with this mistake. To my dismay there was no formal appology or even responsibility taken on huntingtons part. They act as it is no big deal, Not for them, they did not lose money. RUN from this establishment, if a manager at a bank is able to make such a crutical mistake with no restitution what does that say about that establishment. You better hope this does not happen to you, this has been a very tramatic experince.

  I have been coming to this bank for year's all of a sudden I need to take off my sunglasses I need 2 forms of id to cash a check. I have my id along with another form of id with picture on it and my name racist ass bank take your business elsewhere. The branch manager wouldn't even come out to see me. I have never had an issue like this in the past ever.

  So with only three customers in the bank and five parking spots in the front filled with cars = lazy employees parking in the front taking up customer parking spots. But why would they park in the back when the customers can do that. Lazy...

  I’ve been with this bank for almost 10 years and they wouldn’t let me cash a check with no real explanation. I’ll never do business at this branch again!

  Love this location. Always friendly and adequately staffed. They definitely could use a 2nd ATM, and a bigger parking lot but other than that they are wonderful.
