  Have banked here since I was a teenager. Both my auto loan years ago, and recently my first home loan were through MSGCU loan officers, and both experiences went smoothly. Jenny Fornell was especially helpful throughout the entire home loan process and got a us a great rate on our mortgage. Never have I incurred any unexplained fees or problems, and there website works great.

  I have been a member of MSGCU for many years, my first auto loan was through them as well as my first mortgage. They are an amazing place to keep your money and the staff is top notch. I noticed a few low reviews on here were due to "Late payments and charges". I mean... pay your bills on time. I've never had an issue with them and the one time with my prior student loans that a payment was short by 50$ I called them the next day and the fixed it right away. I would encourage all who bank in the area to check them out! Thanks MSGCU, glad to know my money is safe with you! :)

  Michigan Schools and Government CU is a great credit union. I've been a member since 2005 and have not had any issues, and both loans that I've had processed through them were easy to get and at a good rate.

  Will never go thru here again.. was in the hospital got a notice I was late on payment then I got out of the hospital tried to make a payment on it and they refused payment when I only owe $2600 after paying on my truck for 5 years. I'm disabled and truck has blown motor for the last year I been paying on it. They don't want to work with me. Kinda hard to replace a motor and make payments on disability so I chose to let it sit and make the payments. Don't get this wrong I pay them just had a health issues the last month. So now they are gonna repo knowing I was in the hospital and missed my payment..

  I am a member with a auto loan, and Michigan Schools and Govt sent me a late notice on my loan for .09 . Charging me $15 late fee and my payments is $311 a month and I paid $320 then they send notice that my payments is up to $320.09. Everyone use another credit union like Credit Union One, Zeal or whichever you choose because this place is the first credit union that hassle on your car insurance payments and petty shortages on payments you dont have over.

  Please save yourself from the frustration of dealing with this place and find another credit union to take your business to. Most incompetent loan officers/bankers I have ever experienced!

  Drive thru should be open earlier than lobby. Other credit union drive thrus are open at 7:30am 😡

  O have been banking here for awhie (over 20 years) supposedly called me multiple times yesterday, my phone never rang. First time this has ever happened.

  No call back like promised. Left me high and dry and hangingvin the wind. Now i want to close my new accounts and move them all elsewhere
