  It’s really hard to put a miracle into words! What I can say is that everyone involved in this process said that I experienced more obstacles and push back than they had ever seen in their long and seasoned careers in this industry. Regardless of everything that got in the way Chip Mcnall and his team had all the answers to solve it all in what seemed to be a seamless and effortless manner on his end. He and his team were more than involved and truly displayed a personal connection with my family and I and making this happen for us. He treated us like we were his own family and for that we are forever grateful. If you ever think buying a home is impossible for you Chip is the guy to call. If you’d just like a worry free, stress free experience Chip is the guy to call. If you have loved ones who are interested in buying a home Chip is the guy to call. Honestly, as far as buying a house there’s really no need to contact anybody else!

  Chip helped my wife and I buy our first home in Pennsylvania while we were still living in San Diego. Although we never met in person, I could tell he was an awesome guy and helped us with every step in the process. He got us a good rate, better than I anticipated, and was always willing to answer all the weird non sense questions I came up with. We started in the end of August with the whole process and closed late November. At the last hour it seemed like the title company screwed up the closing docs or did not do their do diligence and Chip and his team were able to get everything squared away for us. Buying a house can be a stressful process but Chip was awesome to work with and would definitely recommend him to others in the future

  Chip has the best rates around. We've worked with him for three house loans right now, and recommend him to everyone! Chip is really honest, hard working, and knows his loan stuff. He's made suggestions to us about how we can save money, get money, or structure our loan to best benefit us. He always makes himself available via email, text, or phone call. I trust Chip and his team. Plus, he's an all-around stand up guy. When we were first moving to Utah, he offered to have himself and his sons come over to help us move in and unload the truck! Who does that? Only someone who is awesome. 😁

  Chip is absolutely amazing!!! We switched lender two weeks before we close and luckily we found Intercap lending and we found Chip! He is hard working and super efficient at turning things around quickly, he help us prepared all necessary docs to late nights and always keep us updated! As a first time home buyer we had so many questions but he is always there to address all of our questions and concerns. Chip is the person that would think about problems from a customer's perspective and you don't need to worry about anything comes up. I look forward to working with him again in the future! And recommend any home buyers to work with him, Chip is the best!

  Chip McNall from Intercap Lending was so helpful with our first home purchase. He went out of his way to get us the best rates possible which was important to us as a young couple. Every time we had a question about what a monthly payment on a perspective house might be, he would help us crunch the numbers really fast so as not to keep us waiting. We sent him a lot of different houses over the past 9 months. He was very kind and patient with us and always made us feel comfortable asking questions even if they were dumb questions.   Always on top of things. Quick to answer question and phone calls. We were able to close on our house almost ten days early and it’s was honestly because of Chip and his team helping us out so much. Loved the experience 10/10 would recommend
