  Steve is second to none. From the first time we met in his office, Steve created a outstanding first time home buying experience for myself and my wife. Steve was ill and still was reachable by email and text. My wife was watching YouTube and Steve answered her questions with patience openness. Steve made our buying process so enjoyable 😉. We recommend Steve and Chimney Rock for your first purchase and thereafter. We planned to purchase through VA, the condition of the rental we had planned to buy would not have been approved by the VA. Steve was honest and upfront with his opinion. He was correct in his assessment about going with a conventional mortgage. The whole buying process was so stress free. One month later, we are in our first home. Mike was able to overcome the challenging issues with my mortgage, he was able to succeed when my credit union was unable or unwilling to help me through this process.   Mike and his team have been Great! Always kind, courteous, professional, He listened and when they needed something they were quick to call us and so we could assist in getting the job done , basically made us feel involved in the process which is what we wanted. They were quick to call us and keep us updated and in the loop as to what was needed or going on. I had already referred one of my friends, and I will be referring more.
