  I went in this morning to make a deposit. The teller Ladonna, did not take my check because it was unsign and since there was a portion attached to it, she feels that she need to see what the other portion was. Came home, got the signature needed and brought back in the portion that she wanted to see. Went in and since it was not busy, I had the same teller again, Ladonna. I literally stood there for minutes and she was just typing away. If you were busy, why did you call me up? I hate their service and will be switching to a new bank. Thank you for wasting my time.

  Terri at Cheif Financial CU in Pontiac was very professional, she offered me the best option for what I needed, she was very informative and efficient. I would refer anyone to go talk to her for any of your financial needs 1-10 she's a 12.

  Had a great experience getting auto financing here, it was a really easy process and the loan officer Chris Wade made the whole process easy for both the vehicle seller and I. Chris wants your business and will go out of his way for you. A+.

  Was a great banking institution until they've started their shady loan pratices and collecting fees that aren't disclosed at the time of closing of your loan. They've must have taken lesson from their crooked CFO that USED to work there. I've been a member for over 14 years. So MEMBERS BEWARE!!! Yeah Tom Dluzen (new CEO).. you know who this is... I think consumer affairs would love to hear this and maybe investigate it because this has happen to not only me but a couple other members that I know so maybe this warrants a class action suit. We'll see....

  Terrible customer service. Drive thru customers wait ridiculously long. The division of car and SUV lanes is just wrong. I edited in drive thru lane for SUVs for close to an hour, while the car lane, which had trucks and SUVs in it got them in and out in no time.

  I went in the Pontiac branch this morning to sign a form. Terri Dyer was very helpful with this. The wait wasn't long at all either. Very happy with my experience today.

  I have to say this is first time 01/27/2020 I brought my Dad to his credit union and we had a rude teller. Maybe she was having a bad day no excuse for her behavior.
