  Words cannot begin to describe how thankful I am that I chose Michigan Mortgage Solutions. Finally! A company that doesn't treat their clients as just a number. As the sole provider of a family of six (two college students), money is tight. Jason Nolan, and a few of the other staff members have been extremely helpful and got me a fantastic deal on the mortgage of my new beautiful home! From excellent communication to timing, my experience with Michigan Mortgage Solutions has been great. Thanks again!

  Trevor and Jason were great to work with. They were quick to answer MANY questions I had through the whole process. My closing costs and fees were accurately estimated up front, so there were absolutely no surprises at closing. I do not hesitate for a moment recommending them to anyone.

  I cant even explain how amazing Michigan mortgage solutions is. Trevor was outstanding! I first had a bad experience with another lender until I found trevor and his team. He not only save me money but gave me great advice throughout the experience. The end of closing I received a check back! That's how amazing these guys are! Highly recommend them.

  Great team. They work diligently and do everything possible to get you the best deal. Saved me a lot of money. Very transparent and explained everything. Extremely professional. Get ahold of Jason or Trevor, they took awesome care of me and I know they will do the same for you. Highly recommend!

  As first time homebuyers Trevor walked us through everything we needed to do in order to get the type of home we wanted.   I contacted Michigan Mortgage Solutions to get help with a VA loan. Jason got a hold of me that night after 5 which was very convenient with my work schedule. We talked about my goals in home ownership as far as what I wanted to spend monthly and what type of home I was interested in. We talked alot of numbers on that first call but he really gave it to me straight and in a way that was easy to understand. I had my approval letter within 2 days. Once I found my home I needed a different approval letter and Yolanda had it out to me within a few hours. They have an APP called Mortgage Circles which made everything easy and convenient to send and receive different documents. The whole process with them was very easy and a breeze. They helped me not only buy my first home but get a check back at my signing. I have already recommended them to people and will continue. I absolutely loved working with Michigan Mortgage Solutions. I most certainly will use them again when I buy my next home.

  Jason Nolan was absolutely wonderful! He was very helpful in helping me manage my finances in order to get a loan approved for our dream house. He works around the clock, including evenings and weekends, to make sure all of our needs were met. Jason and his staff always return phone calls and emails promptly, which is very important to me. Me and my husband and our two little girls love our new home and we wouldn't have been able to get it without Jason's help. We tried a couple of other mortgage brokers before Jason and they just looked at my income and basically blew me off. Jason gave me advice on which accounts to pay off to improve my debt to income ratio while still making sure I had enough for a down payment in order to maximize my loan amount. I would recommend Jason Nolan and Michigan Mortgage Solutions to anybody who is looking to buy a new home!
