  Very pleased with the customer service here! Everyone was very helpful answering any questions I had. The manager went above and beyond to take care of my banking concerns as well as explaining the mortgage process which was such a great help. She was very clear and concise which definitely helps when you're not used to the banking terminology. I'd highly recommend this branch if you're looking to purchase a home or for your everyday banking!

  Manager is very unprofessional and likes to give a lot of attitude does not know how to deal with customers or even answer simple questions very unpleased with service have been a customer for many many years and now I have decided to close my account with them and go to somebody else who has friendly and helpful customer service . Bank tellers very professional and always do their job but the manager needs to find a new profession

  I love Westfield bank every one always greet me upon entering the bank an not just one branch every branch that I have been to .My favorite bank is East st. An my favorite person is Janice so helpful.
