You will always have to wait at least 20 min. Nevermore then one teller. It's horrible. It I didn't have to cone here for my client I would avoid it at all cost. Worts bank of all Springfield.

Awesome bank,It is one of the best banks in Springfield,MA.Everyone is friendly and always willing to answer any questions. On a corner inside a lot with a few stores if you need to shop, also different restaurants nearby and pharmacy's.
