Michelle Cretella1I do not recommend. Look at others reviews, I did not purchase a vehicle from here but I was very close to purchasing. When I asked for a car fax I received through email, phone screenshots of a car fax that was incomplete instead of the full car fax. Was told there was only 1 owner but the carfax showed 2 owners. It just seems like an unreliable source to buy a car.
Response from the ownerwow you never even came in to are dealership you asked for a car fax and we gave you one and we txt it to you and sent a full copy to your email. what ells can i do for you i gave you what you wanted. if you came in a would of printed it out for you and read to you as well . i’m very sorry if doing everything you asked was not enough . i wish you the best of luck and if i was not fast Enough for you I apologize.

Ahmad Peters1Never go here. I bought a jeep Cherokee for 13k, and after signing the papers Frank told me he needed to keep the car for 4 days to detail it and get the recall done. When I picked up the car, clearly it had never been detailed and 3 days later it wouldn’t start. He told me to bring it in, that it was a spark plug issue that he’d have his stepson fix, an issue that all Jeeps have for some reason. After two days I picked up the car and was told it was fixed. A week and a half later it wouldn’t start again, I called Frank and was told to get it towed there that they would fix it. I brought it to the jeep dealership instead, because at this point I didn’t trust anything Frank said. Jeep said they couldn’t do a complete diagnosis, because the recall needed to be done( the exact recall Frank said he got done) but because of Covid I was put on a wait list that could take months. So I brought it back to Frank while I waited, told him I didn’t even want the car anymore since I was still in warranty ( and it was coming to an end) but he told me all they could do was fix it. So since I had to wait for jeep and all they would do was fix it , I had to take it. He said he fixed it again, for a second time and it worked for a week or so, then wouldn’t start again. At this point I was livid and wanted nothing to do with the car, but since the warranty was up he would do nothing. The most he was willing to do was trade it in, as that was my only option , I took it. He took my car, for a whole week and said he was looking for a replacement vehicle. After that week, he said he was having a hard time looking for a replacement, because there was a shortage of vehicles. Had the car for another week, told me to come on Thursday and he would have a car for me. Thursday and still surprisingly there was a shortage of vehicles and he couldn’t find one I could trade the jeep in for. I furiously took the car, called Jeep frantically and they agreed to take the part I needed , from someone who hadn’t gotten their own recall done and give it to me. Finally, after having no car for weeks , I was happy assuming the issue was finally fixed. I am currently writing this, waiting for a tow truck at the Holyoke mall. The car is smoking and won’t start. Again, never go here!!! The worst dealership I have ever been to in life.

Debra LaBarre1They are the biggest scammers and liars. Do not purchase from them. They refuse to give you copies of anything you sign. The tell you the vehicle has been registered and they don't do it, so you drive unregistered The mileage on the vehicle and the bill of sales are completely different, totally illegal! They tell you everything they are doing to the vehicle before they give it to you and do absolutely nothing! If you call they simply ignore you , if you text they will tell you that you a rude and ignore everything else you text. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General and the Department of Licensure. They absolutely should not be allowed to operate a business in which their sole purpose is to rip people off!!!! Probably the reason the had to move their business from Springfield!!!

Consuela Patton1Horrible experience. I was going to purchase a vehicle but as i was signing the paperwork, I notices that the numbers wasnt right and decided not to continue with deal. Frank then didnt want to give me my full deposit back came up wit dock fees which was $795.00 then added maintenance fees.. they try to get your money anyway they came will never go here again and dont recommend. He high jacks the prices on his cars then if you change your mind he still keeps some of your money. Never again. i got the same model car at 2yr higher with 51 thousand miles lower and 4000 dollars cheaper at a major dealership. An way lower apr rate by 8 pts...
Response from the ownerHi we are very sorry Mrss Patton is unhappy however miss Patton came to use and asked us if we could go in purchaser a Acura MDX so that’s what we did we purchase a 2014 Acura MDX we called the customer and let her know it was here in for her to take a look to see if she was happy with it she came down said she liked it and would like to go through with the deal we told her we would have to appraiser trade during the appraisal we found that the engine was in rough shape and explain to her that we would have to see what was going on with it so we may give her a fair price because she had a pay off and we knew she needed as much money as possible to cover that as we spent over four hours on this engine came to the conclusion that she would need a new engine. We still do the best we can do to make the deal work and she was happy with it during the financing she had credit issues which kept her in the special finance avenue of banks and with all special finance banks the interest-rate is 21%. After she agreed to doing everything as she was signing she decided that she thought she could get a better rate and asked if we could I told her I would call the bank that she’s doing business with now and see if they’re willing to offer her a lower APR she said OK fine. When I spoke with her bank they decided not to offer her a lower APR on this vehicle I explain this to her and she said OK well I believe I’m going to cancel the deal he said OK fine..Wihen any dealer goes out and buys a car for a specific customer they require 10% just in case the customer backs out this way they can retain some of the money they laid out. We explain to the customer that the dock fee will be nonrefundable however she thought this was extremely unfair so I explain to her that we are going to have to charge her for the time we spent on her trade-in seeing what was wrong with the engine and she thought that was unfair she believe that no matter what we did we deserve zero money. However with the charger the four hours labor that we spent working on her trade diagnosing it. We are extremely sorry this customer is unhappy and we do our best for are customers however some time that’s just not good enough and we are extremely sorry but you feel you had a bad experience.
