  Wayne and his team were great to work with throughout the whole process! As first time home buyers, we had no idea how the process worked and Wayne did a very good job of walking us through each step and answering all of our questions. His response time and explanations of options that would work best for us was much better than the service we received prior to working with Cherry Creek. A great experience overall!   Wayne Lacy and the Cherry Creek Mortgage team did an outstanding job with my mortgage. Even though I was out of state, Wayne provided excellent service by responding to my questions fast via email and phone as if I was sitting in his office. Wayne and his staff were very patient and courteous to all of my needs. There attention to detail and clear explanation made it very easy for me to understand the mortgage process and all the paperwork provided.

  I contacted 2 other loan officers, I wasted time with the other 2. With lots of doubt I contacted Cherry Creek Mortgage anyways. I explained to Wayne my situation and what the last 2 had told me. Wayne had me an answer within 10 minutes that everything I had was good enough to work with. Wayne and his team will correct, problem solve, and find a solution if there is one. I will never look for another mortgage company as long as this man is in the business, hes confident in what he knows, and knowledgeable about all loan programs, Wayne takes pride in what he does and at closing I seen what I believe is satisfaction in what he does to help people turn dreams into reality. Wayne from my family and myself, thank you for everything, excellent turn around even with changing loan programs and closing so fast!

  Years ago I was in the mortgage business as a loan officer so I thought I knew a thing or two about how to close a refinance quickly and efficiently. Boy did Wayne Lacy and Zach at Cherry Creek Mortgage show me how it's done. From the first phone call I felt like I was in good hands. After I gave them the initial documents, I never had to send another. Talk about smooth and effortless! I challenge anyone to find a better and easier mortgage company to deal with. I cannot wait to refer them time and time again. Impressed beyond all expectations. Too bad Wayne is a sparty fan....Go Blue!

  I first want to say that The only contact I had with cherry creek mortgage was through email which was quick and made me feel like I was a valued client. I made an appointment at cherry creek mortgage via email and when I arrived there I was ten minutes early and sat in the waiting room since the only person in there was on the phone. No one greeted me or even acknowledged I was there (I believe only one person was there). I could hear the whole conversation that was being had and the next phone call gave me the feeling that this company was not very professional (I heard a client being talked about not in a kind way). After sitting for 25 minutes and watch the man walk to the copier and listening to him keep saying he was trying to finish what he was doing to get out of there, I believe he didn't even remember our appointment. My husband and I are first time homebuyers and this was not a good first impression. I was very disappointed since I was excited to take this step with cherry creek mortgage. We will be going to someone else for our home buying process.

  Cherry Creek Mortgage Company did something that no other lender was willing to do: look at our situation and come up with a workable solution. We wanted to move to a more retirement appropriate property but our current situation had us under water. Cherry Creek worked with us to identify ways to massage our debt ratio, establish a maximum loan amount and get our VA loan approved. It was a great partnership. I would recommend anyone looking to buy property, who may have been turned away by other lenders, to contact Cherry Creek Mortgage Company.

  The BEST agency I couldve had the pleasure of working with. Wayne was amazing. He took me step by step through everything. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions no matter how crazy or repetitive they may have been. He made such a stressful process a lot easier. He made me feel very comfortable. He was knowledgable and patient throughout the process. By the end I was so glad I had him by my side. My best friend was going through the home buying process at the same time and her lender was horrible. Never kept her updated and was always late on getting things done. I was so thankful for the CCMC team. Thank you a million times over Wayne, Zach, and Derek!!
