  I worked with Matt on a home purchase during a very challenging time for a buyer in Colorado. Navigating all the loan scenarios was a lot of work, but Matt was an excellent partner, was a great communicator, and spent a lot of time working with me on the process.   I cannot recommend Matt and his team at Premier enough! As a first time home buyer, Matt made the process of understanding a mortgage and my options incredibly clear. I can confidently say that there is no reason to look any further for a lender as Matt is the only person you need to contact. He sent me videos explaining the number breakdown for a variety of houses which was incredibly helpful and was always quick to respond to my emails. Thank you so much Matt and team!

  Matt was very explicit and clear with which documents we needed to provide and it was easy to upload them. He was also super responsive to questions and was able to lay out the pros and cons of various options that he presented. Our closing had an unusually long timeline that caused some complications. Matt had strategies for every obstacle that came up and he worked with us to overcome them all. It's great to work with someone that has the experience to navigate through all the complexity.   WOW! -- Definitely recommend Matt Henderson & his team! I'm a first-time homeowner, so I contacted Matt based on a recommendation. I was really impressed. He was very knowledgable and patiently and clearly addressed all of my questions/concerns about the mortgage process. He responded promptly to my calls, and even though the seller wanted to close quickly, he still had everything ready ahead of schedule. He was personable and funny--an absolute pleasure to work with. From conducting weekend and after hours screen shares, phone calls and emails (sorry Mrs. Henderson!), to answering my hundreds of questions, he never once made us feel like anything other than his top customer.
