From the beginning everything was So smooth and Erik showed us a spreadsheet of an estimate of our closing costs and it was pretty spot on. I loved that we got weekly updates of our loan status and the process it took to close. Everything was great and I highly recommend this company!

  Everyone I've ever interacted with has been very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I are always very busy and with limited time to discuss anything going on over the phone and they have been great at communicating through emails. I haven't dealt with any other company that has been this good! Communication is vital through the process and specially with covid times not allowing us to meet in person information might fall through the cracks. Not with cherry creek though! I was referred to them by both of my bosses and I am glad I went with them! We're on track to closing before Christmas!

  My Wife and I were amazed at the level of professionalism and service provided by the Maya Team. As a first home buyer, we initially were apprehensive and unacquainted about the loan and home buying process. Fortunately, we consulted with Loren Otero from the Maya Team on what would be the first steps to the home buying process; Loren educated us on the loan process and “held our hands” throughout the entire way. Loren’s service went above and beyond and we are grateful for her attentive guidance. Furthermore, we appreciate the weekly updates provided by Erik, Brenda, and Marilu. It was a breath of fresh air to not only receive the updates via email but weekly calls from Erik explaining the updates along with any Q&A.
