  Been banking here for years. This kind of customer service in this branch makes me want to change banks. I came to get a document notarized. There were two guys that does the notary at that time but both are not willing to help. The bank was not busy at that time also. The other one says he's about to leave. The other says he has an appointment (nobody was in the room and he's not doing anything at that time). Literally watched him for few minutes doing nothing. They advised me to go to another branch to have it done. Notary only takes like 3-5min. They're so happy taking our money and all but can't do a simple service to their customers. I ended up going to UPS and pay for something they could've easily so done. I came here and see all the reviews and realize i am not alone. This branch need to train their employees good customer service.

  They were horrible. I need to get something notarized and their was only one person there waiting.The front desk said they were all booked and could not see us today. She said I can make an appointment for you. Why would I need an appointment if I am there for a reason already. This bank is always empty but it turns out they are booked wow!

  1 person helping customers. 5 private client employees sitting at their desks doing nothing. 1 teller during with 6-8 people in line. The bank is more interested in getting private clients to invest their money with than helping banking customers with deposits and other stuff. We have a small business and need change and other stuff not able to get at a machine.

  Some of the employees at the Kingwood branch are unwilling to help. They are ignorant of the clients rights and make decisions based on their own ignorance. I went to get help trying to get through the Chase United Visa Dispute Department because of the COVID-19 I had been on the phone for over two hours on two consecutive days. Instead of helping me get to someone in the department, the employees at the Kingwood branch decided that it was easier to tell me that the Dispute Department wasn't going to give me a refund, when they don't know. The management at that bank needs to retrain the employees on how to treat customers, they aren't courteous and they are ignorant.

  I go here often. Today they accidentally gave me an extra $200 cash. I called 30 minutes later to let them know a mistake had been made. They weren't very helpful or grateful. I couldn't leave work to return to the bank so they took the money out of my account instead. No one said "Thank you", NOTHING. You would think they would be happy I didn't attempt to keep the money. Extremely Uncalled for. No Good Deed Goes Unpunished.

  Best customer service I've ever had anywhere and I've been in the same industry for 15 years! They are always willing to go above and beyond to help out with anything you need and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers! Thanks for being AMAZING Chase!

  Bad customer service. Went to go make a store deposit. Approached teller with smile and friendliness. The teller was very dull and dry towards me frowning the whole time. Looked at the money order for the store and immediately just told me she couldnt do anything with them cause they weren't signed on front, even though they were endorsed on the back. I just wish she could've said it in a nicer way instead of just dismissing me and brushing me off so she could help the next person in line which btw she seemed way more enthusiastic about helping out. Will go to a different chase from now on

  Extremely helpful in every way possible. By far the best customer service Chase has. I had a hold on my check and even when everyone else said there was nothing to be done, they went fixed it in 2 minutes. Whether you are a business or just need a personal bank account, I highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks

  Terrible experience. I was advised by a customer service specialist to go to a local branch and open a new account. Just to be told at the branch the opposite information and sent away. Camilla "helped" me and it ended up screwing me out of my stimulus check completely.

  This was first ever visit to this branch. Find the bank staff rather rude especially the cashier who took my deposit and then main reception lady. I requested to order checks for that I had to wait sooooo long just to meet someone, besides all banking staff were busy mingling and chit chatting. AWFUL experience in this branch which totally unlike other chase branches I go to.
