  I can't say enough about Mike "The Mortgage Guy" Durr! My husband and I couldn't have been more blessed finding Mike and Sandi. My husband initially went to Mike after being turned away by other lenders after a quick profile. Mike, looked at our numbers and immediately told us what we needed to do to get on the right track. We took his advise and within a year of working hard to save and paying off debt, he was able to get us through closing on our dream home! He has the most attentive staff and everyone was very supportive throughout the whole process! Like I said before words truly can't express our gratitude for Mike and Sandi. Thank you BOTH

  Mike did a unbelievable job on preparing me to get the best rate for my home loan. He even help me get some past credit issues resolved. I can honestly say ,he went above and beyond to make sure that we got the best deal. I definitely recommend him to anyone.

  Finding Mike was just by chance and its not usual that you just happen to find someone so amazing. Mike and his team were wonderful to work with. They were very professional and always available to us no matter what time of day he always answered his phone or emails. I would highly recommend him for any loan purposes he will definitely get the job done and be a pleasure to work with.

  Having Mike on your home buying team is the right way to go! When I spend my money, I am very particular about where every dollar goes. When I do something for the first time, I am very thorough to learn as much as possible to minimize my mistakes. With this in mind, before I bought my first home I knew I had much research ahead of me... Mike was a recommendation from a coworker, but before I decided he was the 'Mortgage Guy ' for me I asked him (and 3 other lenders) 14 questions trying to gage his level of experience and the patience he was going to have while helping me learn about the home financing process. Mike was patient with all my questions, he was honest about the choices I had available to me, and he very knowledgable to help me reach my goal. My job tends to keep me after 5pm some days, but Mike was still able to speak with me an answer my questions. One of the best parts was Mike's promptness to get things done, when he said he would have something to me, I had it.

  WOW!! Mike Durr and his team managed to do in three weeks what our previous lender couldn't accomplish in three months. Mike is a professional who takes the time to evaluate your loan and let you know up front everything needed for a smooth and timely transaction.   I wish I could give Mike 10 Stars, what an outstanding experience we had. We closed on our home last week and Mike was absolutely incredible, walked us through the process step-by-step. He understands that most people don't go through this every day and has a great way of explaining everything. We were in communication weekly and sometimes several times per week, he also stayed in contact with both realtors and everyone involved. I have already reached out to Mike about discussing a future property and I just cannot stress enough how pleasurable this experience has been. THANKS MIKE!!

  Mike was amazing through the whole process of buying our first and second home. He was so helpful and honest through the first purchase we used him again with our second home purchase. He is straight forward with locking in your rate, how to get your credit score higher, and always available when you had questions or concerns.
