  The whole staff at Cherokee were amazing! Easy terms for me the payment I wanted and helped build my credit all at the same time! Definitely give them a shout if you need to purchase something or trying to rebuild your credit!

  Don Littrell has been a friend of the family for years; even gave my parents a loan to get their credit started in there early marriage years! Most recent they gave me a loan with no credit to get me started and now I own my dream car and moving on to buy other things! I stopped by to look at a car next door and they offered me a loan again to help me finance it for a second car! Well managed place and willing to help anyone that wants to help themselves!

  This place is a joke! Not only did we get the run around, they said that the reason we got declined for a loan was because they didn't want our Co signer to drive too far?!?! WHAT?!? What kind of business do you people run that a singular employee makes a business call based off of an opinion? Also they asked us to do a Straw Purchase which in most cases is illegal. I don't know how this places stays in business. Of I could give you guys no stars I would.

  Janel we are so sorry you feel this way about us, but with over 1200 active customers and a database that proves we have helped so many people in Cleveland... I promise we are not a joke. We have been serving our community for over 40 years and growing. The application in question came from a dealer and those are handled as a direct loan request on an individual basis. Had the application been approved it would have been a loan with a Co-Signer and that is a very far stretch from a straw purchase. We don't support unlawful activity in any way and our dealings are fair. That is how we have been able to help so many people over so many years. However, we did not receive an application for a co-signer from anyone in this situation. We would love to re-evaluate this case, but we honestly discourage any comakers that are out of our service area. These decisions are made based around our company's lending policies.   Good place great people they really know how to talk to u specially when u buy a 4000 dollar car then 180 miles later u have to rebuild the engine without there help and tell u it's a great car they have sold it twice but really good people
