  My husband and I were in desperate need of a quick loan and Lacey was amazing. We needed it fast and in a hurry. She came through 100% We didn't have to sit around and wait for hours at a time. She called me up, told me us it was approved and paperwork was ready to sign. Through my husband's payback process everyone in that office has been very kind and helpful. We will be back again!!

  Very friendly & courteous staff (I dealt with Lisa) The whole process was fast & easy. I was able to take care of everything & gets the funds I needed all on my lunch break. I would definitely recommend First Franklin.

  I have had loans from various places over the years and 1st Franklin Cleveland, TN is by far the best!!! I am currently using them for the 3rd time and have nothing but good things to say. The staff is amazing and the customer service you get from them is exceptional - From the front desk to the manager you are treated like family and not just a number. I would highly recommend them.

  I have had several loans from 1st Franklin and have been treated extremely well each time. The staff has worked around my schedule to get documents signed and has always been fast and efficient.

  Love the employees at First Franklin they have always been there for me. Lisa has always been so helpful and went out of her way to make the loan process easy and she was so helpful and made me feel like family.

  Me and my husband really needed a loan to help consolidate some debt that we had and would help us save money. Nobody else in the area would approve us except for first franklin. We worked with Lisa decker who went above and beyond to help us and get what we needed. Very friendly staff, and very professional. Thank you first Franklin for saving the day!

  Very friendly staff and Lacy Scoggins answered all my questions and is a very sweet lady I’m very appreciative for 1st franklin for giving me the opportunity to be a customer. I highly recommend Lacy Scoggings to do my loans at 1st Franklin to all my friends and family cause she’s very appreciative and patient. She made me feel very welcomed and comfortable.

  I was approved for a loan, I brought plenty of documentation. More than was required. After the manager had signed off on the loan, I was handed a check to have the manager to yell "Stop" that she needed more. She never got up from her seat to speak to me professionally but totally embarrassed me. I refused their loan and went to Regional whom I highly recommend. I hope a District Manager reads this.
