  This is the kind of place where you go in, people know you by name. Well, in my case- they know it but can't pronounce it! LOL Recent problems with MCB renders them with limited features but makes up for them with extremely helpful staff. Chris, a personal banker there, called my leasing office when my check bounced (for no apparent reason - you know how they are) and help me resolve the situation. They're so hands-on; every time I go in, all I say is hi and they get my business processed without me even pulling out my account number! One of the great things about Michigan is its heart-warming people. And this place just shows you that.

  There's no ATM **Friendly people. They weren't even open yet , The sweetest lady stepped out because of the confusion on my face and explained that if I needed to get money from my account now there's another bank with ATM just down the street. I smiled and told her I don't use other banking institutions. Thank you anyhow, I can wait.

  Very friendly staff. Poor hours for clients, minimal locations, mandatory membership for a mortgage, what we were informed about a construction loan and what really transpired at closing, wasn't close to that information .

  Unbelievable untrained personal. Went twice in there with a question, and the only answer I got, was a phone number I have to call. Waste of time...
