  It used to be an ok place, but now that they switched to how they do the loans, it has changed. I paid off my loan entirely hoping to be done with it finally, so I can get my bills in order without throwing away $120 a month in fees anymore only to find out that I have to pay $38 in fees a month for another five months Even though my $400 loan is paid off in full. Stay away from this place and all Loan places of this type. This new extra fee that I’ve got to pay for five more months, even though my loan is paid off in full, was never explained to me. These places are all predatory. How can you charge somebody a fee for a loan that is totally paid off and there is no balance anymore? I’m guessing that any of the positive reviews on this site are done by current employees.

  So went to cash my check 6-18-20 and I'm pulling up @ 5:45. I cash my checks here every week same day same time. There was a lady leaving the store. I've never seen b4 assuming she was a customer. She sees me getting out of my car and screams at me "sorry we are closed" I tried to explain to her that cannot be possible concidering I've done the same day same time every week for year's. I then asked is there a covid scare or something. She said NO we are just clised that's it thats all. She locked the door went to her car and left. I'm assuming she is the NEW manager that the employees there HATE. I couldnt believe their story's but now I see why they ALL want to quit. I feel horrible for the staff that have to work with her.

  If I could rate this place a negative 1000, I would. This establishment is the worst legally criminal organization I've ever been involved with. Please DO NOT ever use this place. There are many other places that will NOT deceive you like Checksmart. I will be involving the Ohio Attorney General due to the criminal practices Checksmart incorporates. Please take my word on this and avoid this place like the plague. Spread the word. This place needs to be shut down.

  They are really nice to me when ever I come in. They were super helpful when no one would cash my check they did.

  They were very busy and kept it moving .Patrick was very helpful and got us in and out .
