  They took my whole ssi check last month and now this month stolen over 1600 hundred dollars from me I'm homeless now prison here I come.and They stolen 181.79 out of my account this morning I got magic now ! 04/29/22 they stolen more money from account this morning ! they're going to give me the death penalty for this 🎩 time !

  They were very nice in the beginning. But after I had to switch jobs they just take the money right out of my account and now I'm broke. They didn't even call me. They just took it right out of my account.

  I took a printed cashiers check in from Wells Fargo. They verified it was good. Then informed me that rather than a low % they wanted 10% which is ridiculous. Theor excuse was it is a risky check. No, its actually very low risk. It is printed verified and I have proper ID. We need legislation in Ohio to stop predatory practices such as this.

  I have never had any problems with the staff there. They have always treated me with great respect and were always very professional.

  So they couldnt even tell me what the lender was gonna charge me for intrest ... Trued to borrow 300 check smart was gonna charge 30 bucks so total payback was 330 right ... Nope i was gonna be charged by the lender another intrest rate which the girl had no idea how much ... So i pay 330 plus what 10 bucks 150 bucks ... She didnt have a clue ... This place is a scam that sets people up for failure and debt a despicable place period

  I have been with checks mart for over a year, I get direct deposit from the government and do my banking there, I switched to the branch on tusc because its close to me and they are open on subdays, the only reason I go there is because of their new manager Brittney, when she of mike are not that that places sucks big time, the rest of the workers there are very rude and disrespectful, some need to be fired, I am calling corporate today, because I got there 3 min before closing yesterday and the woman locked the door on me and told me to leave, very unprofessional

  Was there over 45 minutes yesterday one person take care customer 1 person run drive-through the other 1 sit on our ass playing on with a long line They want their money bad enough maybe I should charge them for me waited so long I left
