  Pat in Ionia was beyond helpful! She went the extra mile. And for me that’s the best kind of customer service. Not once did I feel like an inconvenience. Most definitely recommend and would come back anytime.

  The csr was very knowledgeable helpful and professional. She also did everything to meet my needs and make my experience positive. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly definitely a 5 star!!

  Pat is an outstanding worker! Only the best! I had a difficult time cashing my paycheck, I googled places & found Check n Go. I walked right in and Pat cashed it for me with no problem! Absolutely love her!

  Used them a few years ago and they were always helpful and straight forward. But this place and my interaction with manager Jen bean have completely changed my opinion. On the wall and in the contract they say they can defer payments only up to 31 days(they understandingly deferred payment till next check in the past) but Jen says they can only defer payments for 2 days. Which would be helpful if I got paid every 2 days. They don't post this info anywhere. Very misleading since they do post the 31 day. Go to another store or another cash lending vendor. This business has just gotten corrupt and underhanded since I last used them.

  Shannon at store number 7114 in ionia is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! She always remembers me and gets me out as quick as possible even when it's busy!!! Keep up the good work!

  I have been coming to Check N Go for a while and the customer service is amazing.! Amber and Shawnita are always so pleasant and helpful.! I would refer everyone I know to them.!
